Telephone and remote support, 10 hours per year

For operators who need a contact at commissioning, conversion or fault: 10 hours of telephone support and remote support per year by the developers of the control.

• You book appointments yourself in the Remote support planner (Mon–Fri 8–18 h); booked hours are taken from the hours account, the balance is visible in the customer portal at any time.
• Remote access to the control via TeamViewer, AnyDesk or VPN; analysis of configuration, HAL, drives and programs.
• Response within one working day to requests through the portal or the reporting function.

The subscription renews automatically for a year (new hours account with 10 h, unused hours expire) and can be cancelled to the end of the term. Additional hours can be booked at the hourly rate through the remote support planner at any time. Price per year, plus VAT.
