Remote support and retrofit assistance by remote access

Assistance by the developers of the control, billed per hour: commissioning of axes and drives, controller tuning, HAL and PLC logic, tool changers, programming, troubleshooting of faults.

• Choose the appointment in the Remote support planner (Mon–Fri 8–18 h, at least one hour, at least 24 h lead time) and pay here; you get a calendar invitation.
• Remote access via TeamViewer, AnyDesk or VPN; please have the access and the machine ready for the appointment.
• Online cancellation up to one week before the appointment; after that by telephone, please.

Customers with a support subscription book their appointments from the hours account without payment. Price per hour, plus VAT; extra time is charged after the session.
