• One licence per machine; enter the machine id in the customer portal after the purchase, licence file at once by e-mail and in the portal.
• Update channel in the control (mchmi → Diagnosis → Version): check and install at the push of a button, only with the machine switched off.
• Reporting function for faults and feature requests with the answer in the panel.

No telephone support included (see support subscription and remote support). One-off price per machine, plus VAT.
