linuxcncMulti Enterprise – customized configuration

Customized configuration with 3D machine model

We create the complete linuxcncMulti configuration for your machine: channels, axes and joints, homing, tool changer and magazine, spindles, PLC logic of the auxiliary functions, user screens in mchmi and a 3D machine model for collision check and material removal simulation.

What we need from you:

• Wiring diagrams of the machine (drives, inputs/outputs, safety circuit) and the control components used (e.g. Mesa cards, EtherCAT devices),
• a sequence description of the special functions (tool change, spindle operation, coolant, safety doors),
• Dimensions or CAD data (STEP/STL) of the moving assemblies for the 3D model.

Included is the Enterprise licence with lifetime updates for this machine. The configuration is tested on our simulation and commissioned with you by remote support; on-site visits and additional remote support are charged by effort (see remote support per hour). One-off price, plus VAT.
